Opt-Out & Intent Information

Spring & Summer Sessions

It is a simple process for Spring and/or Summer, you fill out a form for each swimmer that tells us which session(s) they are opting out of, and you're done. Use the link located above.

If you are continuing on with the next session you do not need to do anything, you will be automatically enrolled.




Spring / Summer Opt-Out Form

2026 - 27 Season 


This will be a two-step process:


  1. You will fill out an intent form, either you intend to return or you don't. This will give the staff a better starting point for group placement, allow us to make any necessary programming changes and know which groups will be able to take new swimmers and how many. The link to the form is located above.
  2. Next, we will publish the group placements for the upcoming after which you will be your final opportunity to opt out of the 2026 - 27 season.


At this stage, you will only need to fill out a form if you intend not to return, otherwise you will automatically be registered for the 2026 - 27 Season.

Important Dates

  • Spring Opt-Out Deadline | March 1, 2026
  • Summer Opt-Out Deadline | May 1, 2026
  • 2026 - 27 Season Intent | June 1, 2026
  • 2026 - 27 Season Opt Out | July - TBD


Notes

  • Opting out of Spring and/or Summer does not opt you out of the 2026 - 27 season, you will do that separately.
  • You can opt out of the Spring Session and swim during the Summer session
