1. Go to Account | NSEA Swim

2. Click on upcoming meet

3. Click on Meet Name

4. Click on View full details

5. Click on the arrow to proceed

6. Click on Opt in

7. Select Events

8. Select Relays if you can particiapte

9. Click on Add a note for your coaches

10. Type in highlight

11. Click on Save
