Standards combine USA Swimming Motivational (B–AAAA), NC Senior and NC Age Group Championship cuts, ESSZ Sectional cuts, and national meet cuts (Futures, Winter Juniors, Junior Nationals, US Open, Nationals). NSEA Team Records are current through the 2025–26 season. A national or sectional cut listed under a younger age group is the cut for that age range (e.g. 18&U). "Bonus" cuts are bonus-entry standards. Meet entry rules, qualifying periods and age-up dates apply; always confirm against the meet's published qualifying information. Times are short course yards.
